Residential Loan Officers

We have a broad range of products including Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, PHFA, Rehab programs including FHA 203 K and portfolio financing. Our tiered commission structure benefits top producers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for leads using a variety of methods (building referral relationships with realtors, builders, accountants, existing bank clients)
• Develop solid product knowledge; offer clients the best mortgage products for their needs
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our clients
• Work with clients and internal support staff to ensure the timely completion of each loan

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years prior origination experience in the mortgage industry
• Familiarity with mortgage rules, regulations, and procedures
• Superior customer service skills, strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to generate loans in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Lehigh Counties

Mortgage Loan Processor

Huntingdon Valley Bank is a seeking a full-time experienced Mortgage Loan Processor. This individual will be responsible for processing first mortgages and submitting them to underwriting. FHA and VA processing experience is a plus. If you are a dedicated, driven, and self-motivated person and want to work in a fun, fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this may be the job for you.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-5 years of experience in mortgage processing of FHA and conventional loans
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be proficient with computer skills

Part-Time Teller

Requirements

Executive Assistant

Huntingdon Valley Bank is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant. This individual will be responsible for administrative and secretarial support to the President/CEO and executive staff. Responsibilities will include performing receptionist duties such as answering, screening, and transferring phone calls and greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate areas. Additional Responsibilities include:

• Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside clients and vendors
• Responsible for calendar management of President and CEO, correspondence, expense reports and coordinating various events (meetings and travel arrangements, etc.)
• Initiates administrative, operational and documentation efforts, demonstrating a high level degree of confidentiality, independence and autonomy in proposing, developing, and implementing efficiencies and procedural changes
• Ability to perform proactive research and data analysis
• Originate, edit and prepare executive presentations, Board proposal materials and corporate functions
• Provides administrative support for telephone coverage, copier projects, mail handling, supplies control and necessary communication internally and externally
• Maintains Vendor Contract files, Maintenance Agreement files and all Copyright files
• Review, transcribe, format and distribute business correspondence
• Maintains the master copy of the company Policy and Procedure Manual and insures all copies are updated
• Schedules company-wide use of conference and training rooms
• Ability to take minutes at meetings, upon request
• Prepares telephone directories and administers visitor logs
• Responsible to order supplies when needed

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Mortgage Underwriter

Huntingdon Valley Bank is a seeking a full-time Mortgage Underwriter. This individual will be responsible for compliance and risk underwriting of all mortgage loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA and Portfolio products.  The person will review loan applications and documentation for qualifying purposes, (e.g., credit, income, assets, ratios and collateral) to ensure it meets Investor standards and ease of salability. Addtional Responsibilities Include

• Ensure loans reviewed are within credit quality guidelines of the Company, as well as collateral piece meets company standards
• Responsible for lending up to their required lending limit
• Responsible for all exceptions for a particular file being signed off by proper party
• Responsible for all files containing proper and accurate disclosures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience as a mortgage loan underwriter
• Must have DE
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be proficient with computer skills
