Credit Analyst / Commercial Loan Underwriter

Responsibilities
- Prospect for leads using a variety of methods (building referral relationships with realtors, builders, accountants, existing bank clients)
- Develop solid product knowledge; offer clients the best mortgage products for their needs
- Create and maintain excellent relationships with our clients
- Work with clients and internal support staff to ensure the timely completion of each loan
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years prior origination experience in the mortgage industry
- Familiarity with mortgage rules, regulations, and procedures
- Superior customer service skills, strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to generate loans in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware and Lehigh Counties

Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Opens, closes and transfers all types of accounts, clubs and certificates.
- Cross-sells bank products and services.
- Performs teller duties, as needed.
- Able to thoroughly explain bank products and services to customers.
- Be proactive in building relationships with new and existing customers.
- Effectively answers customer questions regarding bank services and products.
- Maintain confidential customer and bank information.
- Assists in training new hires.
Responsible for all daily teller and customer service functions, including opening/closing branch, in a local retirement facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Good interpersonal communication and computer skills, telephone skills, ability to operate standard office equipment
such as calculator, typewriter and teller terminal.
- Thorough knowledge of all services offered by the Bank.
- Required to travel and work at any branch location based on business needs.
