"I wanted to give you an update on our Cruise vacation with Generations Gold.  First of all, Perry, our Cruise Consultant was wonderful. He was very informative and helpful.  He even worked with Norwegian and got us an upgrade to a balcony stateroom for no extra charge.  All the people that I encountered through Generations Gold in preparing for our cruise vacation were great.  We saved almost $600 using the Generations Gold discount and being a repeat cruiser on Norwegian. Our cruise was very nice. We sailed from New York to Bermuda.  We did encounter some rough seas and even had to make an emergency rescue in the middle of the night of another boat.
